Equity – We cultivate conditions that allow our families, our community, and each other to reach our full potential with fair and just inclusion.
Authenticity – We encourage and support our families, our community, and each other to be genuine and true. Embracing vulnerability and acceptance.
Diversity – We build strong teams. We understand that each individual is unique, and our individual differences make us stronger as a team. We support and honor diversity in our families, our community, and each other.
Our Impact
We have partnered with families to instill a love of learning. We’ve entered schools to support children as they venture on their path to school success. We supported our local childcare heroes as they opened their homes to care for children in the community. Through the gift of books, we have opened many eyes to new worlds and experiences. We are passionate about children. We see their potential and want to see them thrive.
