Mardi Gras Gala 2021

Miss Ruby’s Kids Mardi Gras Gala is our premier event of the year!

Mardi Gras Gala 2021, booked at Kimbels at Wachesaw Plantation on the banks of the beautiful Waccamaw River, will be the best party of 2021. 

The MRK Mardi Gras Gala hosts a fun-filled night of dining, dancing, costumes, masks, silent and live auctions, and games of chance! The day starts early with guest decorating their table for the judged table decorating contest and photographed by a local photographer. That night we begin with a Cocktail Hour with Hors D’oeuvres and full open bar as you browse the silent auction tables and preview the live auction catalog. Tru Sol Band plays in the background as we mingle and chat all guided by our delightful MC. A full Mardi Gras themed dinner is then served while guests enjoy lovely conversation at their tables. After dinner, Tru Sol Band heats the dance floor as the silent auction and games continue. Later in the evening, we host a live auction with fabulous prizes, including a week rental at Black Magic- a beach home that sleeps 26, has a pool and sits oceanfront in Myrtle Beach, guided fishing trips, wine tastings, and other fun, extravagant prizes. After the Mardi Gras King and Queen crowning, the evening continues with dancing and fun!
